Subscriptions
Store → Subscriptions shows your recurring contracts, what they are worth, and which of them need attention. It needs the WooCommerce Subscriptions extension on your store.
The figures at the top
Section titled “The figures at the top”| Figure | Meaning |
|---|---|
| MRR | Monthly recurring revenue from active contracts. |
| Active | Contracts that are active now. |
| Subscribers lost · 30d | Contracts that ended in the last 30 days, and the recurring revenue lost. |
| Leakage · 30d | Payments that were due but failed in the last 30 days. |
| Next 30 days | Revenue expected in the next 30 days if every payment succeeds. |
Subscription segments
Section titled “Subscription segments”Use the tabs to filter: Active, Payment failing, Trial ending, Churn risk, High value and Ended. Each contract also shows a health badge such as Healthy or Trial ending.
Subscription actions
Section titled “Subscription actions”The Subscriptions agent can propose:
- a dunning email when renewal payments keep failing,
- a trial offer email before a trial ends,
- a win-back email for a contract that ended.
