How MerQio works

MerQio works as one loop. Each step feeds the next.

Sync → Segments → AI proposes an action → You approve → Change made in WooCommerce → Result measured
  1. Sync. The MerQio Connector plugin tells MerQio when something changes in your store: a new order, an updated product, a new customer. MerQio then reads the latest version straight from WooCommerce. An hourly check also catches anything that was missed, so your data heals itself.

  2. Segments. MerQio sorts your products and customers into groups using fixed rules. For example, a product with no sales in 90 days becomes Dead, and a customer who has not ordered for 60 days becomes At risk. A product or customer only leaves a group when it clearly crosses back, so labels do not flicker from day to day. See Segments.

  3. AI proposes an action. When something moves into an important segment, an AI agent reads the evidence (sales, stock, views, price, who is involved) and proposes one concrete change, with its reasons. There are agents for merchandising, customer retention, cart recovery, order care and subscriptions.

  4. You approve. Every proposal waits in Approvals. You can see exactly what will change, edit it, approve it or dismiss it.

  5. MerQio makes the change. After you approve, MerQio checks the safety limits again and writes the change to WooCommerce. It keeps the old values so the change can be undone.

  6. The result is measured. Action Outcomes compares sales before and after, or counts orders that used the action’s coupon code. You see what each action really earned.

  • Products and product categories, including stock and price
  • Customers
  • Orders, order items and refunds
  • Abandoned carts
  • Daily product views (tracked by the Connector plugin, because WooCommerce does not track them itself)
  • Subscriptions, when your store uses WooCommerce Subscriptions

Each connected store has its own workspace with its own plan and data. One login can own several workspaces. Switch between them from the workspace menu at the top right of the app.
